I have been with CVS since May 2017 and after working as part of the HR team for over 3 years, I am now a Learning Partner, primarily focusing on Leadership & Management training. I have been involved in a number of Leadership & Management courses including ‘Supporting the Wellbeing of your Team’ and ‘Psychological Safety for Leaders’. I have a keen interest in Wellbeing and Mental Health and have been working to support these areas across CVS for a number of years. This includes being a trained First Aider for Mental Health, as well as supporting the roll-out of the First Aid for Mental Health initiative across the business and training over 50 first aiders in practice.
I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a First Class degree in Psychology in 2015. Since then I have gone on to complete my Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management and am an Associate Member of the CIPD, as well as completing my Level 3 Coaching & Mentoring qualification in 2022. I am currently working towards my Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Leadership & Management.
