What is the aim of this programme?

The aim of this programme is to equip leaders with an in-depth understanding of strategic leadership within an organisational context, support leaders to understand approaches to personal and professional development and understand the scope, context and complexity of leading strategic change.

Recommended entry requirements

In order for you to achieve the best possible outcome for this programme we recommend that you have a minimum of one of the following entry requirements:

  • 3 years experience (preferably) in a senior-level management position
  • Level 5 Certificate/Diploma or above in Leadership and Management 
  • Level 6 diploma or above in a relevant subject e.g. project management

CMI Membership

By undertaking the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification you will be automatically registered with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

You will receive confirmation and Affiliate Membership status from the CMI along with a Username and Password via email.

Once registered you will be expected to complete the qualification within 12 months.
